Job Responsibilities:

• Sell, register and assign rooms to incoming guests, ensuring that registration cards are properly filled up. Check out departing guests based on the established procedures
• Inform other Departments and Outlets of arrivals, room changes checkouts and special arrangement
• Handle all guest enquiries referred to them either over the telephone or personally
• To action on requests or requirements of incoming guests to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operation
• Maintain a friendly, neat, pleasant and professional image to guests
• Provide courteous services to guests and responds promptly and tactfully to guest’s complaints, requests and enquiries
• To be kept informed of all functions, events, and promotions going on in the hotel
• Handle simple function of cashiering based on the established procedures
• Welcome and escort guests to room. Explain in room features and facilities

Job Requirements:

• Positive attitude and team player
• Good communication and public relation skills

Location: Jurong Nursing Home, Lakeside
Salary: Up to $4.3k
Hours: Mon-Fri, Office

Role:
Assist the Operations Manager in daily tasks, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, while training and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee facility maintenance and inspections
• Manage contractors and report issues
• Handle contracts and budget monitoring
• Ensure fire safety and compliance
• Supervise operations assistants
• Support process improvements
• Respond to emergencies after hours

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Facilities Management
• No Need Experience , Training Provided

Your work will include, but is not limited to the following:

• Supporting our clinical stakeholders in strengthening the case for how their respective services can meet the expected care needs
• Reviewing with the core team the submitted proposals to identify key decision points, merits and/or gaps
• Keeping the workgroups/sub-workgroups informed of developments elsewhere within the hospital so their proposals can be adjusted in a timely manner
• Following up with stakeholders to ensure the overall project timelines are met

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Recognised Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Prior experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage but not a pre-requisite
