Job Scope:

• Establish, implement and maintain the Safety & Health Management System (SHMS).
• Support departments to review their risk assessments to identify foreseeable hazards and risks as well as propose reasonably practicable measures to eliminate/reduce the risks to as low as reasonably practicable.
• Conduct and manage the WSH Committee Inspections & Meetings as well as other safety & health site inspections to create a safe working environment and follow-up to close findings raised.
• Develop and conduct Safety & Health related Trainings to relevant personnel (employees/contractors) to enhance their safety knowledge & awareness in order to carry out the work safely.
• Conduct incident investigations and ensure proper closure of the corrective actions.
• Assume the role of Fire Safety Manager (FSM) to manage Emergency Response & Fire Safety related matters.
• Support the Safety Case Lead and relevant departments in the preparation of Safety Case.

Requirements:

• Safety & Health related trainings
• Certified and registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WHSO), Chemical process industry experience; not suitable: Construction no need to send
• ISO 9001 and 14001 best to have.
• Fuji Oil is a MHI company - high risk highly reactive chemical, comfortable with it
• Possess Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certificate is an advantage
• Computer software (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Preferably 2-3 years working experience in a process manufacturing industry
• Diploma in Engineering and above

We are currently working with an established property management client who is looking for an Accounts Executive with full sets accounting experience to join them.

Accounts Executive

Responsibilities

• Monthly financial closing activities
• In charge of daily and monthly issuance of sales tax invoices, receipt function, journal entry preparation
• Ensure that vendor invoices, sales invoices, payments, receipts, accruals and other relevant month end journals are posted accurately into accounting system
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and supplier statement reconciliations
• Prepare monthly reports on project cash flows, debtors list, treasury reports, progress claims receivables report
• Prepare quarterly GST returns
• Ensure proper filing of business correspondences and documents
• Assist with data migration for implementation of new accounting system

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy with 3 years of relevant experience in full set accounting
• Strong accounting knowledge, especially with accounting double entries
• Highly motivated, independent and hardworking individual who can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Have the maturity and interpersonal skill to deal effectively with both internal and external parties
• Able to communicate, meticulous, organized and resourceful with positive work
• Experience with Yardi accounting system will be advantageous
