RESPONSIBILITIES

Programme Planning and Implementation

• Facilitate linkups between our organization and the community partners.

1) Pre-Project Communication and Equipment booking

· Communicate with Sales’ team and advise the state of equipment availability for their hire inquiries.

· Archive the final packing lists signed by the shipping agent at the time of equipment collection.

3) Maintenance of Equipment Allocation database

· Assist your team by routinely updating equipment allocation and status

· Support your team with recording SNs of newly purchased equipment/parts and updating the equipment database accordingly and Labelling the equipment/parts according to company’s standards

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Senior Executive of Festival & Client Experience. This role is integral to the success of our organization, focusing on festivalisation initiatives (30%) and driving Advertising & Promotion (70%).

Festivalisation:

• Assist to plan, execute, and oversee the development of festivals and events that align with the organization's brand and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of logistics, vendors, and attendee experiences.

• Proven experience in event management and/or advertising/promotion sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an E-Commerce Senior Executive to lead our online Marketplace for our eCommerce products and services. This role will support the planning, development and implementation of Singapore EXPO's e-commerce platform, as well as coordinating with clients and vendors on order fulfilments and support the development and execution of on-site and online marketing initiatives to drive sales and fulfilment.

• Support the planning, development, and implementation of the company owned sales online platform
• Support the development of company's e-commerce strategy, including defining and setting best practices for eCommerce content management, update documentation and ensure best practice is maintained across the website
• Build and work with wider teams, partners and vendors and be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the E-Commerce operations web development, content management, order fulfilment, pricing management
