The Job

• Provide administrative support (data entry, filing and documentation) for workshop day-to-day operations
• Coordinate with Workshop Supervisor / Manager to support for quotation creation, servicing and other package price list to be updated within the Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) .
• Finalize customer registration details in the Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP)
• Liaise with other business units to keep fleet listing updated
• Coordinate with Customer Service Advisor on appointment bookings and workshop scheduling
• Provide administrative support on accident reporting
• Liaising with customers, vendors, suppliers & partners where required

Requirements

• Bilingual (Mandarin and English) to liaise with Chinese based client
• With prior experience in vehicle servicing workshop and with experience in dealing with accident claim business will be an advantage
• Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player and positive working attitude
• Willing to work 5.5 days.

Job Descriptions:

• Support debt collection activities and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Assist in monitoring monthly debt collection performance, as well as investigate and resolve issues related to invoice non-payment.
• Prepare regular and monthly credit-related reports for the Finance Manager/Head of Department (HOD).
• Conduct aged balance reviews with the Finance Manager/HOD and follow up on recommended actions.
• Implement best practices and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of collection efforts, besides recommending improvements to credit risk measures, controls, and processes.
• Evaluate new credit requests and conduct credit checks on clients, while proposing and implementing credit terms for new clients.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Negotiate payment plans and manage collections.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Possess good communication skills with proactivity to follow up with customers.

Business Development Executive (F&B Industry)

Working days: 5.5 days work week
Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing new prospects and maintaining existing accounts in the Food Service/ HORECA channels.
• Identify leads and develop strong business relationship with customers
• Maintaining of good rapport with existing customers
• Responsible for driving growth and achievement of monthly sales target
• Managing customer’s account receivables to ensure timely and prompt payment
• Monitor current trends in the industry with competitors and market activities

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• Min. 1-3 years of relevant Business Development / Sales experience in F&B industry (Preferred in Food Service Channels)
• Driving license with own Transport is a must to perform customer visits
