Duties:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Director
• Conduct market research and organizational activities on behalf of Director
• Assist in HR related matters
• In charge of all private and confidential materials of the organization and Director
• Schedule internal/external conference meetings and company events
• Manage virtual platforms and social media account
• Attend to personal matters for Director and family
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Technical background in AI or related fields. Visionary leadership with a track record of fostering innovation and growth.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field. Additional qualifications in AI or Data Science are a plus.

5 Days Mon- Thursday (9am-7pm), Friday (9am-6pm)

Assist in the recruitment and scheduling interviews.

Update employee movement (including hiring. transfers, promotions, terminations, and resignations)

Take charge of employee onboarding and orientation process.

Handle personal data changes with proper letter generation and documentation.

Maintain and update workers' personal files and database.

Assist in roll out and implementation of HR programs.

Participate in HR continuous improvement initiatives.

Support performance appraisal/review administration process and HR Support.

Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.
