Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Creative Executive with a passion for visual design and marketing. As part of the marketing team, your key responsibility includes:

• Conceptualise and design visually appealing and brand-consistent marketing materials for online and offline touch-points
• Create on-brand graphics, illustrations, visual elements and marketing content for group brands
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Adapt and optimise designs for various communication platforms
• Maintains familiarity with customer demographics and develops an appropriate look and feel for all collaterals
• Handle any additional duties or projects assigned by senior management

Qualifications

• Diploma in visual communications-related course and higher
• 2 years of graphic design or digital marketing experience will be ideal
• Basic design sense, proficiency in design tools and social media platforms (eg. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Proficiency in basic Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), expertise in video editing (Premiere Pro and Aftereffects) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in Graphic Design or Visual Communications role
• Possess initiative to learn, pick up necessary skill sets and come up with great ideas!

Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative and general office support.

We are currently seeking an Account Executive to join our team in Singapore.

In the sales process, the Account Executive acts as a strategic advisor for customers and prospects, using consultative and value-based and outcome based selling techniques and interacting with C level executives in the process. The Account Executive will need to effectively leverage internal and external stakeholders to successfully generate qualified opportunities, win new business and expand Software AG’s footprint in existing customers, establishing a long-term close partnership.

Essential functions:

• Utilizing your extensive sales expertise and background in process consulting or enterprise software to drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
• Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our transformative solutions, focusing on Business Process Automation (BPA), Process Mining, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools.
• Identifying and engaging potential clients within the territory, showcasing the value proposition and addressing their specific business challenges.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 years of successful SAS or Consultancy sales experience and background in process consulting or enterprise software sales.
• A background in business administration, economics, information systems, or related field might be preferred
• Experience in a “New Business Hunter” role in a related field or industry.
• You should possess a specialized understanding of the different lines of business within the banking, public sector, or oil and gas verticals.
• Ability to speak and write fluent English and Japanese/Korean.

Nice to Haves:

• 6+ years’ experience with value-based proposition SaaS sales.
• A well-connected network of c-level executives where your relationship could be advantageous.
• Proven track record in hunting, prospecting, pipeline generation, opportunity management, and deal closing.

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Executive to drive our financial operations and contribute to our client's team in a collaborative and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Finance Manager.
• Manage the entire accounts receivable process, including review, collections, refunds, returns, and reconciliations.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date status reports on accounts receivable.
• Assist with month-end closing, periodic reports, statutory accounts, tax computations, management reporting and budget forecasting.
• Prepare comprehensive management reports, including:
• Daily Sales Reports, sales reports for Landlords.
• Supporting other accounting functions as needed apart from AR to ensure smooth operations.

• Degree or Diploma Holder, or LCC Level 3 equivalent.
