Responsibilities:
· Plan and execute marketing campaigns for product launches and existing products, including promotional mechanics and launch plans.
· Film and produce short videos including Instagram Reels, TikTok videos and other promotional content to support marketing campaigns.
· Create engaging social media content, manage accounts to grow followers, and track performance metrics to optimize engagement.
· Oversee e-commerce management, including shop decoration, content updates, and maintaining consistent branding.
· Design creative materials for branding, EDMs, and product development for new and upcoming products.
· Assist in collaboration projects and provide marketing support to achieve project objectives and enhance brand visibility.
· Support ad-hoc projects and ensure cohesive marketing efforts across all channels.
Requirements:
· Minimum degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field.
· Proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills.
· Creative thinker with strong content generation abilities.
· Proficiency in photography and videography for lifestyle product shoots and short-form video creation.
· Strong copywriting skills, with an ability to adapt tone and style based on target audience and platform.
· Good design sense for creating social media content and marketing materials.
· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
· Experience in managing e-commerce platforms and digital marketing campaigns is a plus.
· Comfortable working both independently and within a small team to meet deadlines.
· Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
