Job Title: Business Development Executive
Reports To: Operations Director
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our recruitment agency. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our recruitment services. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base and ensuring the agency's long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and approach prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
· Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive business development efforts.
· Understand client hiring needs and workforce challenges to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
· Prepare and present customized proposals and service agreements to prospective clients.
· Analyze market trends, industry demands, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
· Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility and acquire leads.
· Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client expectations are met and quality service delivery is maintained.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
· Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
· Prior experience in a recruitment agency or HR consulting firm.
· Established network within industries relevant to the recruitment agency's focus.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
