Location: Tampines

Salary Range: $3,200 - $3,800

Responsibilities

· Timely and accurate data entry for processing of all Incomes/Corporate events (Inputter/Checker).

· Liaise with custodians for clarification on incomes/events.

· Prepare disclosure letter of shareholder request from companies.

· Handle queries from RMs/MAs/Custodians on the incomes/events.

· Pass entries for commission fees collected or update waiver file if fees are waived.

· Participate in UAT and ad hoc projects

· Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines

· Act, behave appropriately and comply with the general ethical standards.

· Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and Group’s internal Compliance requirements.

· Complete all necessary Compliance training to maintain appropriate business and compliance level of knowledge.

· Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirement
