What role will you play?

You will provide crucial support to the Legal and Governance team on preparing and processing corporate regulatory filings, maintaining corporate databases and updating internal registers and corporate records, including director appointments and board changes, coordinating execution of documents, notarisation or apostillisation, board approvals, agendas and board papers.

You will also support the business directly by providing key company information in response to KYC, Due Diligence and auditor requests. Objectives
