Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge of marine and shipping operations, including port regulations and vessel requirements.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

PURPOSE

This position reports directly to the Regional Managing Director, South Asia & Oceania.

As the Vice President & Chief of the Regional Corporate Strategy Headquarter, he/she will lead the team at the regional headquarter, overseeing the corporate management of 26 companies in 15 countries, of all matters contributing to organizational development, strengthening of the management base, and governance to realize the NX Group's regional growth strategy.

• In charge of making any decisions and executing operations for all matters related to corporate management, including the determination of business plan and organization structure plan, executing capital matters, managing internal control and finance and accounting, and making decisions in human resources for entire South Asia and Oceania region.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant field
