The Centre Management System Support, Executive/Senior Executive is responsible for overseeing the upkeep, procurement & maintenance of all exhibits, audio-visual equipment, facilities and essential services for daily operations for centres/museums under Defence Collective Singapore (DCS).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintenance Planning: Planning and implementation of building maintenance programs for architectural, electrical, and mechanical, exhibits and attractions AV lighting systems. Co-ordinate and liaise with internal and external vendors for the execution of maintenance services. Conduct joint inspection rounds with Specialists/Technical Officers on building/Exhibit/AV & lighting defects.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety equipment, work methods, and procedures. Promptly rectify any unsafe situations, adhering to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations. Be responsible for implementing Company’s SOP and policies including compliance to QEHS policies. • Procurement: Manage budgetary control of expenditures including preparation of annual budgets and forecast. Conduct tender exercises for OPEX/CAPEX works such as replacement, upgrading or redevelopment works and manage such works according to timeline including putting up of documents and procurement for OPEX/CAPEX requests.
• Daily Operations: Responsible for the coordination of meetings and events such as logistics support, obtaining quotations, raising of invoices etc. Conduct regular inspection of the centre to ensure high standard of cleanliness and service are provided by term contractors related to cleaning, landscape, pest control etc.

Scope of Works:

Infocomm Club CCA Duties

We are seeking a motivated executive to join our team, reporting directly to the HISAL Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in sales and market research. The role involves supporting the current opportunity pipeline, optimisingstrategy and lead generation, and contributing to the development of new markets and customers. This position is integral to driving sales growth for Hotel, Industrial, Sports fields, Agriculture, and Landscape (HISAL) equipment in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities.

· Analyse sales, leads and opportunities data to track pipeline progress and identify patterns.

· Present data-driven insights and recommendations to the Business Development Manager to support decision-making, strategy refinement and sales outcomes.

· Monitor and track new opportunities and maintain competitor awareness to ensure that the market place is adequately covered by the sales and service teams.

· Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to analyse and interpret market trends, pricing strategies, insights, and competitor activities within specified markets.

· Keep abreast of new updates of products and services to inform analysis and identify potential customers.

· Support customer and partner meetings, presentations, and follow-ups as required.

· Any other duties as directed by the reporting manager.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

· 1-3 years of experience in sales, business, marketing or related positions (preferably within an industrial organisation).

· Ability to communicate insights clearly with a strong command of the English language.

· Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a diverse team.

Pre-requisites:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Prior compliance audit / Risk Management experience is preferred
• Self-motivated individual with a high level of integrity, drive and sense of urgency
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently across different businesses units with different stakeholders
• Meticulous and mature with strong oral and written communication skills

Job Description:

• Perform daily data entry duties and depot operations activities
• Maintain, update and ensure accuracy of daily movement report
• Raise estimates of repair of containers for clients
• Attend & respond promptly to customers’ orders & enquiries
