• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

• Perform the preparation and cooking of assigned menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.

As the company is consolidating some of its entities either through restructuring / M&A, relevant corporate secretarial experience related to this aspect would be helpful.

Other day to day corporate secretarial matters such as liaising directly with regulators/ACRA will be required.

Requirements

At least 8 years experience ideally gained both within in-house and professional services set up. ICSA Qualifications would be advantageous but not compulsory. You ideally are comfortable handling multiple timelines and some extent of volume pertaining to the portfolios' activity level.
