Job Requirements:

The Role :

We are looking for a Project Executive (Events) to be a part of our vibrant and dynamic organisation. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and passionate individual, an adept communicator and an agile innovator who is willing to hustle for their ideas. You would be working with some of the movers and shakers of the industry and curating some of the most memorable experiences. You will be working alongside the project manager for the following;

• Development of proposals and detailed plans to support but not limited to pitching, planning and execution of projects
• Work closely with the internal teams, to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Support in planning, build process, technical requirements and end-to-end project planning and execution
• Assist project manager to develop execution systems and processes, and determine and define project scope to meet objectives
• Assist project manager to access and outline resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Assist project manager to prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements, and be responsible for project cost management
• Assist project manager to develop and manage project milestones that includes but not limited to, operational, technical and site build

• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables

• Create and develop contents for corporate outreach channels for both online and offline platforms including but not limiting to e-newsletter, social media, website, and feature profiles.
• Assist in handling internal and external stakeholder queries and proofreading on social channels, publicity materials etc. such as annual report and posters.
• Support in events and activities needs and crisis management communications.
• Regularly updating corporate info in all marketing assets that includes corporate deck, boiler plate, factsheet, corporate video and corporate profile write up on all digital platforms such as website, social channels, online platforms etc.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor/management.

Job Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

• Excellent English writing skill to craft Press Release, internal and external comms.
