We are seeking a skilled Legal Counsel with a solid experience with crypto derivatives and regulatory frameworks. • Contract preparation, review and negotiation support
• Review contracts for sales, construction, purchasing/procurement, or EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) and other commercial matters. Direct participation in negotiation may be requested depending on situations.
