• Monitor inventory levels and sales trends to ensure product availability and optimize stock levels.
• Assist in preparing purchase orders, product listings, and pricing information.
• Support the planning and execution of company promotional activities.
• Responsible for filming and editing promotional videos, including product showcases, brand promotion, and other content.
• Ensure that video content aligns with the brand identity and is engaging to the audience.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive in product offerings.
• Assist in managing product samples, ensuring they meet quality standards before approval.
• Help organize and maintain product information and databases for easy access by relevant teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Film Production, or a related field.
• Experience in sourcing, merchandising, or retail is preferred.
• Familiarity with video filming and editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Creative skills with the ability to produce engaging promotional videos.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge of trends in the retail industry is a plus.

Originals is expanding and we are looking for an e-Commerce executive! As an e-Commerce Executive, you will create and implement strategies that make online transactions possible. You will organize, develop, and execute website marketing plans.

• Write & edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce site
• Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation,
  distribution and maintenance
• Work closely with different teams (product procurement, graphics, sales) to provide updated
  content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms
• Provide support in other areas of Digital Media Marketing, Email marketing, SEO, Keyword
  research, Google Analytics, Website UX and Paid Social Media
• Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics, Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables,
  vlookups, etc) to stay organised.
• Maintain accurate stock levels. And stock lead-times across inventory systems and e-
  commerce platform
• Ability to multitask and meet datelines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Providing briefs and feedback to outsourced web developers.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 2+ years in a fast paced, e-commerce business
• Hands on experience maintaining e-commerce websites / portals
• Knowledgeable of the e-commerce CMS systems, e.g Shopify, product development,
  competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.
• Familiarity with web design and keen eye for detail
