You will be responsible for providing in-house legal advice to support key functions, projects and activities of the Company and its Subsidiaries, you will be arranging, liaising and managing external lawyers who provide legal advice or representation to the Group in areas of special expertise or in litigation, and corporate secretarial services provider.

You will review and advise the management team on transactional documents, including but not limited to non-disclosure agreements, heads of terms, legal due diligence reports, and sales and purchase agreements. You will be preparing internal legal documents such as Board resolutions and shareholders’ agreements. Requirements

Role:

• Drafting, reviewing, and assisting in the execution of contracts such as Sales & Purchase, Derivative Transactions based on ISDA agreements, Time Charter Party agreements

• Collaborate with other departments and provide advice on contractual, financial, and commercial risks
