Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source suppliers for ingredients, equipment, and other operational needs.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure favorable terms while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory levels.
• Monitor stock usage, forecast needs, and minimize wastage.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure consistent supply.
• Work closely with the kitchen and operations team to understand procurement requirements.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and budget constraints.
• Maintain detailed records of purchases, receipts, and supplier agreements.
• Handle issues related to delivery delays, defective products, or vendor disputes.
• Stay updated on market trends and new product availability.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local and international food safety regulations is an advantage.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with suppliers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

· Conduct Market research to identify business opportunities by finding prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.

· Researching and analyzing sales options sought by the customer through cold calling, networking and social media.

· Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects face-to-face and telephone, meeting with potential clients and listen to their requirements and work with technical staff to recommend engineered solution.

· Maintain relationships with customer by providing support, information and guidance.

· Identify product improvements or new product by remaining current on industry trends market achieves and competitions.

· Prepare and delivery appropriate presentation on products/services.

· Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

· Ensure the availability of stocks for sales and demonstrations.

· Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

· Negotiate/Close deals and handle complaints or objects.

· Report weekly/monthly customer base (Existing & New) with clear actions.

· Work collaboratively with team members and reach the sales targets set by manager and achieve better results.

· Maintain quality service (ISO) by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/ Degree in any fields
• At least 3 years of working experience as a sales personnel
• Preferably with prior sales experience in Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001), training courses or similar background
• Possess good knowledge in MS office Applications
• Possess good communication skills, positive working attitude and be able to relate well with people
• Self-motivating to achieve, self-driven and exceed sales targets

The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new clients, promoting our full range of accounting and corporate services, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Client Acquisition

· Actively prospect and identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other lead generation strategies.

· Promote Treasuris Advisory’s services, including incorporation, business migration, work pass applications, grants, bookkeeping, and other corporate solutions.

· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and consultations to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

· Prepare and deliver proposals and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management

· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.

· Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

· Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients.

3. Sales Reporting and Pipeline Management

· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.

· Track and report sales performance against targets on a regular basis.

· Provide feedback to management on market trends, client needs, and competitive activity.

4. Collaboration and Teamwork

· Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and generate leads.

· Collaborate with the operations and service delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

· Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and processes.
