Job Summary

This role responsible for inventory management and inventory control in Accounting System and Warehouse.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for Company’s inventory management and maintenance.

2. Responsible for monitoring stock movements and maintenance at third party locations.

3. Responsible for managing the physical loading, unloading, storage of inventory and picking / packing when required.

4. Ensure compliance with inventory control processes with respect to movement of stock, item planning and control, re-order level, monitoring of non-moving items, timely discarding of approved scrap items.

5. Responsible for appropriate classification, segregation and maintenance of stock in designated areas.

6. Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained, referenced and filed.

7. Ensure compliance with inventory related updating in Accounting System.

8. Responsible for periodic stock taking, updating and reporting to all stakeholders.

9. Ensure proper co-ordination and communication with teams across all Company locations.

10. Responsible for timely identification of inventory variances, reporting and maintenance of records for variances.

11. Responsible for introducing appropriate procedures for control lapse if any.

12. Responsible for daily & monthly MIS reports to the stakeholders on regular basis and as per the requests by the concerned department as and when required.

13. Responsible for safe handling of inventory.

14. Additional duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements:

-Min Diploma or Degree

-Min 1 year working experience in related field

-prior experience in inventory management would be at advantage but not a must

-Possess knowledge of Microsoft excel

The Operations Team:

We are the pillar of our team, the ones flying from the office to the ground at the drop of a hat, those who ensure the harmony of resources through discipline and livening the company’s core values.

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Recruitment, training and overall operations performance
• Improvement of current processes and standard operating procedures using data analytics
• Collaboration across different departments to handle any logistical or administrative needs
• Stocktaking in collaboration with the Operations team
• Scheduling of work for the operations team to ensure complete coverage of schedule
• Ensuring data-capturing for all jobs done for admin/accounts recording
• Liaison with all stakeholders, from employees to customers

Logistics (Planning):

• Analysing and collecting data to create deployment and schedule plans for our transport team
• Identifying, measuring and tracking of deployment and transport movement
• Collaboration with Operations team for day to day activities
• Formulating, tracking and altering KPI if necessary

Requirements:

• At least Nitec in Business and Logistics Management or equivalent (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Up for a challenge to help drive change in the company
• Good communication skills, proactive, self driven, resourceful, and enjoy hands-on work
• Not shy to share brilliant ideas and voice them out
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc.)
• You have good verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Range:

Up to $3,500 (subject to experience and qualification)

Job Description:

1. Accounting and Bookkeeping:

• Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Manage cash flow and bank reconciliations.

2.Tax and Compliance:

• Handle GST submissions and tax filings.
• Assist with audit preparation and support external auditors.

3.Vendor and Customer Management:

• Manage accounts payable by verifying and processing supplier invoices.
• Handle accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain vendor and customer account statements.

4.Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to management.

Job Requirements:

1.Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping.

2.Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero or MYOB).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP).
• Familiarity with tax regulations, GST reporting, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
