Accounts Clerk/Executive:

Specific Responsibilities:

• Handle partial/full set of accounts, payroll, CPF, HR & tax matters
• Maintenance of proper accounting records and filing system
• Support operations and general day-to-day administrative duties
• Provide secretarial support to Managing Director
• Able to handle confidential information in a professional manner

Competencies:

• Using Accounting software for financial transactions
• Accounting & Financial Reporting
• Participate in financial audits
• Human Resource Management

Requirements:

• Minimum ‘O’ levels or equivalent
• 2-3 years relevant experience
• Committed, independent & meticulous with a keen eye for details
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (to liaise with business associates)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
