Qualifications and Competencies

• At a minimum, a Bachelor’s ’s degree in finance/economics/accounting/management (or similar).

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients including Singapore incorporated private companies, foreign companies (branches) and offshore companies.
• Handle complete scope of corporate secretarial duties including but not limited to company incorporation, company strike off, drafting of routine directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, maintaining statutory registers and records, and lodgements with ACRA.

Responsibilities:

• Be a crucial member of the legal department and the go-to advisor for the business team
• Provide legal advice and support to all divisions in the Region to achieve business objectives

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Supplier and Product Management: Identify and secure partnerships with high-quality LED product suppliers. Negotiate and lock down product prices to maintain competitive advantages Ensure supplier agreements aligns with company objectives and comply with quality standards
2. Sales Ecosystem Development: Identify and build a comprehensive sales ecosystem encompassing suppliers, marketing and strategy teams, and post-sales technical support. Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute impactful campaigns. Develop and implement strategies
3. Revenue Diversification: Design parallel income streams to complement the primary sales effort, including content creation services and maintenance contracts. Explore innovative business opportunities to expand sales and increase revenue streams.
4. Market Research and Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities. Provide insights and reports to guide product and sales strategies. Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the LED market.

REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Experience:

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
