11. Responsible for stock taking occassionally.

12. Review and monitoring of consistency between physical stock taking and accounting records.

13. Fixed Asset register including annual physical verification.

14. Maintenance and preparation of documentation including policies and processes.

15. MIS reporting as and when needed.

Job Description

• Accounts Receivable: Manage monthly invoicing, payment tracking, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, track budget variances, and implement cost controls.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, prepare forecasts, and manage cash reserves to ensure liquidity.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accuracy and adherence to accounting standards, oversee contracts, and conduct periodic reviews.
• Internal Controls: Enforce financial policies, internal controls, and address audit findings to ensure compliance.
• Procurement: Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and oversee renewals while ensuring compliance with terms.
  

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Meticulous and self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective time management with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in budgeting, auditing, or financial management is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
