The Executive will assist the Operations Manager in managing daily operations and planning manpower to drive operational excellence in the Nursing Home. This includes ensuring that the Nursing Home is in compliance with all regulatory, licensing, safety, and environmental requirements.

Job Description

• Support the Operations Manager/ Superior and other cleaning supervisors in all duties of the cleaning operation. Assist the Operations Manager/superior to coordinate, scheduling, and supervise cleaning site staff.
• Responsible to inspect job sites for proper cleaning and inventory cleaning supplies.
• To attend to clients’ complaints promptly.
• To resolve problems efficiently without unnecessary delay.
• To be involved in the appointment of Supervisors and Cleaners
• Train, instruct, and supervise the work of Supervisors and Cleaners
• Ensure all works carried out by Supervisor and Cleaners as set out in their Job Descriptions are completed with due observation to appropriate Health & Safety requirements
• Able to be hands-on when the situation requires and any other responsibility as assigned by superiors.
• Distribute advance and monthly salary to employees.

Job & Responsibilities:

· Look into the workflow, work processes and staff communciations to ensure operational efficiency.

· Assist in the planning of the doctors' roster to ensure smooth clinic operations.

· Co-ordinate doctors' leave to ensure adequate medical manpower at all times.

· Supervise the proper scheduling of patient load in the appointment system in accordance with doctors'/clinics' requirements.

· Ensure all doctors' training, attachment and sit in sessions are duly monitored, planned and updated

· Ensure all rooms are opened prior and load are listed based on norms.

· Oversee resource allocation and staff deployment within department.

Job Requirements:

· Min. Degree in any discipline

· Good written and communication skills

· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
