Your duties includes the following:

• Handle a portfolio of corporate secretarial matters (both Singapore and overseas) including but not limited to the preparation of directors’ resolutions, assisting in the organizing of papers for board meetings and preparation of board minutes, Bizfile+ filings with ACRA and release of SGXNet announcements

• Ensure that statutory and regulatory requirements are met

We are looking for a Singaporean/PR. No experience is welcomed. Training will be provided. Able to communicate with colleagues for work flow and timeline. Role

Be a part of the Corporate Secretarial team leaders who work closely with and assist the Head of Department (“HOD”) to independently provide Corporate Secretarial services to clients. Job scope
