• A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in an Institution of Higher Learning (IHL) environment.

• Develop corporate strategy papers and reports for the board of management
• Conduct country and market analyses across all business units to result in supportive concepts for regional strategy and business development

• To handle all keys, mail, telexes, messages and any other items for guest as requested.
• To assign rooms and prepare keys/folders for all arriving guests.
