- Manage the customer portfolio and arrange the work for member.

- Manage the daily office activities.

- Consult and give the advice to member for secretary matter.

- Liaise with overseas support teams/offices to reach the yearly target.

- Conversant with corporate secretarial practice in attending to the needs of a portfolio of customers.

- Perform reviews and filings with ACRA/IRAS/other government agencies.

- Coordinate with compliance officer to ensure AML/ KYC policies are rigorously adhered.

- Assist in the incorporation of new companies, registration of entities, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements including Singapore Companies Act and other relevant laws.

- Coordinate and assist the company member to help client comply with AGM/EGMs/AR regulations on time.

- Draft and prepare documents i.e. Directors’ Resolution, meeting minutes, and other relevant documents for the corporation and/or clients.

- Maintain clients' companies register and minute books.

- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

• Sales of slimming, facial and beauty treatments
• Provide advices on customer's skin and weight management and answer customer enquiries
• Hands on facial, slimming and hair removal treatments when necessary
• Answer customer enquiries and book appointment for customers
• Handle front desk work and stock inventory

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in sales and hands-on of facial and slimming treatments
• Beauty certificate is an added advantage but training will be provided
• Willing to learn slimming, facial and other beauty skills
• Able to work any shift
• Able to work OT on weekends and public holiday
