Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business development, outreach marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience working in or with the accountancy education sector or in a related field focused on outreach and partnership development.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in planning and executing outreach initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build partnerships.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Proficient in time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in outreach or partnership building is highly valued.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Maintain general and subsidiary ledgers, ensuring accurate and timely recording of accounting transactions
• Perform account reconciliations, prepare financial reports, and analyze transactions
• Review and verify accounting inputs, product movements, and inventory reconciliations
• Prepare monthly summaries, commission income reports, and third-party commission expense reports
• Manage fixed assets, ensure compliance with policies, and prepare statutory accounts
• Participate in budget planning, address queries, and review reasonableness
• Coordinate SOX key control testing and ensure internal control processes effectiveness
• Assist in lease accounting, physical inventory counts, and special assignments
