Responsibilities

1. Executive Secretarial Duties

Job Summary

Reporting to the Sales & Gallery Support Manager, the incumbent will work at the Sales Gallery and receive guests arriving to attend the sales preview. We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive Shipping Executive to join our team at Singapore Distribution Center.

Your role will involve a wide span of activities from export documentation, timely booking of export containers, co-ordinating of inbound arrivals and all other related shipping operational activities. This role will be reporting to the Order & Shipping Manager, and be part of the Order & Shipping team.

Shipping Coordination and Documentation

· Coordinate and execute all export shipment related activities from Singapore warehouse to the complete dealer network including supplier returns

Job scope:

1. Correspondence with the residents to assist the Management Council (MC) to perform duties and responsibilities of the Management Corporation as described in the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA). Relieves the Management Council of the day-to-day worries and involvement.
