Responsibilities:

• Providing buy-side and sell-side M&A services to corporates and private equity funds

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher academic qualifications
• Possess more than 5 years of working experience in M&A, capital raising, fund raising, accounting/transaction services, investment banking or relevant services
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modelling, with a good understanding of corporate finance and M&A
• Regional (specifically Malaysia, Vietnam or Thailand) transaction experience would be an advantage

Monitor the main economic indicators of his/her Division and implement the necessary arbitration in relation to the objectives defined by the Senior Management of the Zone.
