JOB SUMMARY

The Corporate Director of Technical Services (MEP) is part of the Design and Technical Services team who collectively make design and strategic decisions pertaining to the brands and properties of Capella Hotel Group. THE ROLE

• Represent the interests of Capella Hotel Group in the execution of both Capella and Patina branded hotels with owners/developers, architects and other stakeholders; and an ambassador of Capella Hotel Group.
• For new pipeline projects, participate in the initial conceptualization and development of the hotel program, oversee the design, product development and construction progress in accordance to the standards stipulated in the specific hotel brand in accordance with the Pre-Commencement Services Agreement.
• For MEP management, remain current on industry trends, developments and technologies to ensure competitiveness and relevance; periodically review and update MEP requirements/specifications in the MEP Design Standards.
