• Provide support for all answering of calls
• Update pest control services report (weekly) and mosquito breeding report (monthly)
• Order stationeries and pantry supplies and gifts (for occasions)
• In charge of the maintenance of the copier machines and order toners when required
• Maintain record of Company Vehicles and apply Shell card for new vehicles, vehicles auditing
• Apply for PUB for water and electricity supply for office, town council and public toilets and accommodation of foreign workers and season parking for lorries

Recruitment

• Support recruitments for Operations teams with recruitment. administrative, organizational and logistical tasks.
• Serving as the logistical point of contact for both internal and external candidates at the written offer stage, including interacting directly with the candidates and ensuring signed paperwork is received in a timely manner.
• Managing various aspects of the candidate experience post offer acceptance, including ensuring accurate start dates and compliance of onboarding paperwork.
• Maintain accurate record keeping and consistent storage of new hire candidate records.
• Completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required.
• Conduct new employees’ orientation, exit interviews, referral programs.
• Updating of handbooks, orientations programs and documents templates when required.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks that are assigned.

Accountabilities:
1. Learner-Centered Service Delivery: Execute the day-to-day work processes for the smooth delivery of services to SIM GE learners. Support the Supervisor in monitoring the day-to-day work processes for the smooth delivery of services to SIM GE learners.
2. Leadership: Provide guidance to team members to perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
3. Performance Management: Conduct monthly analysis of the team's student interactions through the monthly scorecard; provide training and coaching to team members to improve performance if required.
4. Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Provide inputs for the annual budget of Student Services department.
5. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Plan, review and supervise improvements on systems and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Student Services department.
6. Quality Control: Implement check procedure and monitors to ensure that SIM GE student interactions are responded to in accordance to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Support and coordinate audits on Student Services department.

Job Requirements:
Academic Education and Work Experience:
1. Preferably degree with at least 3 - 6 years of relevant work experience, including in a supervisory position, within a customer-focused environment, preferably in an education setting
2. Understanding of frontline customer/call centre operations, with knowledge of customer service and enquiry-handling processes
3. Bilingual with good command of spoken and written English
4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and ensure marketing goals are met
• Monitoring and tracking marketing budgets, including expenditures, return-on-investment

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Communication / Marketing / Business or equivalent

• Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
• Familiar and fluent with marketing tools including Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for commercial vehicles, including market analysis, forecasting, and competitive positioning.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals, while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

• Competent in month end closing independently.
