We are looking for an Events Operations Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering seamless, high-quality B2B events. This position involves managing our events' logistical and operational aspects, ensuring every detail is executed perfectly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the end-to-end logistics for events, including venue sourcing, supplier management, and on-site coordination.

PURPOSE:

As our IT Operations Support Executive, your role is pivotal in ensuring stability, security and performance of our end users across APAC and regional entities. You will collaborate with local and regional technology teams to implement, maintain and optimize endpoint solutions to our staffs. RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

• Provide guidance to IT Support Engineers and Helpdesk, working closely to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement, manage and deploy endpoint solutions to end users in accordance to internal roadmap
• Provide technical support to end user requests and manage user expectations
• Key contributor for supporting Microsoft solutions not limiting to M365 Admin Center (Intune, MDM, SharePoint & Teams)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise cold-store operations to ensure that picking & packing activities are executed accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure order accuracy before releasing goods for delivery
• Monitor inbound and outbound stocks, and ensure inventory is promptly and accurately updated in ERP system
• Manage stock transfer and adjustments
• Perform scheduled stocktaking and inventory checks and highlight discrepancies / anomalies.

Education, Experience & Training

• 3 years of experience working in food manufacturing / cold store or similar environment

Responsibilities:

1. Preparation and distribution of sailing schedule, monthly rates tariffs and volume statistics to corporate customers.

In collaboration with the Nanyang Technological University (NTU), the National University of Singapore (NUS), Duke - NUS, the National Health Group (NHG), National University Health System (NUHS), and SingHealth, SEC runs a research program on "Future Health Technologies (FHT)". In this programme, multidisciplinary teams develop a future-oriented mobile digital health concept which combines scientific and technological innovations with clinical, industry and other stakeholder needs. It tackles care for the increasing number of patients suffering from chronic diseases, particularly diabetes, obesity and stroke. Leveraging on scalable digital technologies, the team aims to transform the healthcare system towards a community-based and patient-centric model along the continuum of care. Job description

The scope of work shall comprise of but shall not be limited to:

Personnel Management (in collaboration with SEC's HR team and FHT management team)

• Prepare, check, coordinate and take responsibility of the hiring processes for FHT with SEC HR
• Manage personnel database and report generation
• Support FHT PIs and researchers on various administrative tasks (eg: contract extensions/changes, new hiring etc).
• Prepare documentation related to hiring, visits and contract extension of relevant stakeholders.

Infrastructure Management (in collaboration with relevant FHT and SEC teams)

• Manage the infrastructure and resource requirements in the FHT work spaces

Other tasks

• Manage day to day operations to run the programme smoothly with FHT team
