The Role

Reporting to the VP, Operational Processes & Control, the successful incumbent will support the Operational Processes & Control team in the management of Group’s policies and procedures, i.e., supporting the regular policies update activities, assisting the roll out of new/updated policies, collecting, and analyzing data for the purpose of monitoring and control. This role will also work closely with all business and corporate units in the Group to compile, analyze, and assist in implementing process improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 3 years’ experience in Business and Data Analysis, Operations and Project Management, process mapping, process improvement, or a related field
• Project Management, Business Analysis or Process Improvement skills such as Six Sigma, Lean or Quality Assurance experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in managing change initiatives that redesign, improve existing processes and gain efficiencies.

Position Purpose

The remit of the Executive Director – Asia Pacific is to serve and to grow the institutional membership of CASE in the Asia-Pacific region and to engage with institutional, advancement and CASE volunteer leaders. THE ROLE – Business Development Executive

Hegen offers an ambitious, relationship-oriented and go-getter Business Development Executive the opportunity to develop and manage partnerships with corporate clients and partners in Singapore. You will play a critical role in building strong relationships with existing and new partnerships, to understand their needs and propose new partnerships opportunities to aid the commercial goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop partnership strategies, including a framework for partnership models between Hegen and other industry players across different categories and sectors
• Maintain a good understanding of the brand and identify potential partners for collaboration
• Propose angles for collaboration and pitch to partners to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
• Analyse partnership proposals, assess merits of the partnership and propose recommendations on possible partnership models
• Be involved in negotiations with partners on collaboration details and execution of the partnership, including managing the different stakeholders involved
• Identify opportunities to grow local collaborations into long-term, strategic partnerships
• Track and analyse performance and effectiveness of partnerships to continually optimise partnership models
• Cultivate and manage accounts of existing corporate clients and partners to ensure maximum exposure and increased revenue
• Work with other departments in Hegen to ensure operational efficiency for the team, partners, and customers
• Gather market intelligence, spot new trends, competition mapping, and partnership strategies
• Assist Business Development Manager in preparing and/or analyse sales data and any ad-hoc tasks when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing, or any related fields
• At least 1 -2 years’ experience in business partnerships or account management role
• Strong critical thinking skills, commercial sense, and in-market execution capability
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent people & interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
• Flexible, adaptable, and resilient - Comfortable working in a high velocity start-up environment, with good time management and the ability to multi-task
• Results-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Prior working experience in consumer goods company will be advantageous

Job Description

The incumbent will provide administrative support to the Department of Pharmacy, Faculty of Science. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following -

• Work closely with Programme Director and Dean's Office to take charge of the end-to-end administration of the postgraduate research-based PhD and MSc programmes throughout the student lifecycle, including student admission, handling student enquiries, student module registration, managing programme website, etc.
• Collaborate with the Programme Director and Dean's Office to manage the programmes' admission cycles to upkeep the programmes' quality.
• Manage the administration of the programmes' examinations, including PhD Qualifying Examinations and PhD/MSc thesis examinations.
• Monitor students' progress under the Graduate Assistance Programme (GAP) and Thesis Advisory Committees (TAC).
• For Assistant Manager level: Applicant at this level would be expected to oversee the portfolio both strategically as well as operationally with minimal supervision.
• Provide other administrative support to the Department as deemed necessary.

Qualifications/Requirements/Other Info

• Academic qualification: Masters/Bachelor degree from a recognized University, preferably in Sciences.
• Prior working experience (minimum 3-5 years), especially in an administrative position in the higher education sector, would be advantageous.

• Good time management and organizational skills, able to multitask efficiently.

- Remuneration is based on a 12-month salary structure, with annual variable bonus which is subject to incumbent’s performance and the University/School’s prevailing remuneration policies.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible as Sales Representative to propose company’s products, services & solutions to the internal clients (Samsung Group) in South East Asia region and to maintain & strengthen the relationship

• Basic knowledge in IT Infrastructure technology (Network, Server & Storage)
• Possess analytical skills and good in numbers
• Prior experience in contract management preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and a team-player
• Able to work efficiently and multi-task with minimum supervision
