• Providing support to the Academic Standing and Assessment Committee (ASAC) in ensuring accuracy of students’ assessment results and timely issuance of result slips and award certificates/transcripts
• Provide assistance in preparing the assessment papers for the Faculty and safe-keeping of assessment records (after ASAC)
• Managing relevant LMS functions the department use to carry out daily functions efficiently e.g. create/edit intakes, Grade Book & Report template
• Assist in the issuance of assessment papers to Faculty as per SOP
• Receiving of ASAC documents submission from Faculty as per SOP
• Timely and accurate processing of ASAC documents for ASAC approval

• Assist in the efficient processing of students or alumni requests e.g. certification letters, re-print of academic Transcripts, verification of student records and other related academic records requests
• Manage and archive assessment records as per SOP
• Regular updating of Assessment Department’s various matrices to better monitor due dates and tracking of pending results for ASAC processing
• Regular review of departmental SOPs to update its currency and relevance
• Meticulous checking of students’ results to produce accurate academic results for ASAC approval
• Effective and accurate taking of the ASAC meeting minutes
• Assist in the accurate submission of students’ information in SkillsConnect system for e-Cert generation

Roles and Responsibilities

• Applies expert knowledge of information technology and associated leading-edge solutions and strategies related to the client’s business to attain business.
• Develops accordingly a long-term business relationship with the client’s executive management and key decision-makers providing total solutions to the client’s business needs.
• Identifies opportunities and develops managed service solutions. Manages and monitors opportunities through their sales cycles and tracks them through a forecasting process.
• Works with pre-sales solution architects and managers to ensure that appropriate quantity and quality of technical and services resources are deployed and the solution can be delivered profitably and successfully.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, canvassing, networking and social media.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and demonstrations on Company products and services.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and maximizing returns from existing contracts
• Setup meetings with potential customers to understand pain points for sharing with the internal team.
• Forecasts tactical and strategic business opportunities.
• May perform other related duties as required and assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Sales for Managed Services contracts for IT Infrastructure, Cloud and/or SaaS.
• Proven ability to precisely manage and forecast a complex sales process.
• Strong interpersonal skills; can quickly build rapport and deliver compelling, persuasive arguments to an executive-level audience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure

We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Executive to undertake marcomm duties for a firm that specialises in heritage and tourism. You will be part of a team that has an interesting and meaningful work environment. You will be involved in raising awareness of and saving Singaporean heritage sites.

Salary: $2,600 - $3,200 (commensurate with relevant qualifications and experience)

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of marketing campaigns, social media accounts & digital platforms

• Research, generate and update content and marketing campaigns
• Develop creative and engaging infographics & videos
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone & online platforms
• Manage communications and branding strategies for the firm with external parties

Details:

a. Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (e.g.; brochures, interview responses, press releases, website materials, social media captions)

b. Attend to and draft responses to customer enquiries via phone or in-person or online platforms

c. Design simple posters and other visuals for, but not limited to, signages, website, wayfinding and social media

d. Enhance online user experience on various communication platforms to provide marketing support to in-house or external events

e. Establish good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g.; tenants, clients, programme partners, media relations, web designers & e-commerce platforms)

f. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

g. Assist with any ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by Management

Requirements

● Diploma in Marketing/Mass Communications, BA Degree in Visual Communications/Digital Marketing, or equivalent

● Have a strong command of English language, written and spoken

● Creative flair and problem-solving abilities

● Proficient in MS office, Adobe Illustrator, Canva and other relevant design software

● Proficient in WordPress and Weebly website

● Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision

● Singaporeans/ SPR preferred

Advantageous if Candidate Possesses

● At least 2 years of working experience

● Have photography and / or videography skills and experience in relevant editing software

● Have prior experience in content creation and visual design

● Proficient in your mother tongue

Working Days/Hours

● 5 day work week, 9AM - 6PM

● Candidate must be able to work on some weekends and Public Holidays to support events
