Responsibilities

• Processing of purchasing orders and customs permits
• Liaise and coordinate with warehouse, transport and customer on delivery of cargo
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues
• Establish good relations with both customers and suppliers
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma
• At least 1 year of working experience
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin to liaise with associate
• Alternate 5.5 day work week
