About The Opportunity

As a Patient Care Ambassador, you will be a key member of our Clinic and Medical Centre, being the face of the Medical Centre, as well as handling administrative tasks and contributing to the smooth operation of our facility.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative tasks such as patient registration, appointment scheduling, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Skills Required:

• Diploma or Nitec with at least 2 years of prior experience in a related field

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the role of the Procurement Executive is to source, select, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices, terms, and quality for goods and services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering a collaborative and productive partnership.
• Evaluate supplier performance regularly and address any issues or concerns that arise.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance on sourcing strategies.
• Prepare and analyze procurement reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery tracking.
• Maintain accurate and organized procurement records and documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

JOB PURPOSE:

Support and coordinate the internal and external resources to expedite company workflow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle full set of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, costing, financial statements and GST reporting for a few companies.

JOB PURPOSE:

The role holder is responsible for assisting the Manager in the day-to-day financial operations in the campus.

Functional:

• Supports the Manager in the day-to-day financial operations, transactions and collections in the campus
• Collects the tuition fees for the campus and updates the system
• Monitors all billing and credit collection, and maintains a daily collections report
• Supports the preparation of cash flow estimates and forecasts for the campus, and assists in the managing the campus’ financial assets and liabilities
• Assists in the preparation and verification of all financial transactions in the campus
• Reviews the accuracy of vendor invoices and staff and student claims in the campus, ensuring that policies are complied with and expenses are charge to the correct cost center

• For income-based scholarships, collect relevant financial documents from the parents for review and means-testing, and ensures the scholarship amount allocated is accurate.
