Job Scope:

Assist the Managers in the day-to-day servicing of corporate accounts.

Assist to conduct pre-renewal exercise, review clients' current program structure and ascertain new requirements, approach and strategy.

Check policy documents against placement slips to ensure accuracy and completeness in wordings and coverage issued by underwrites including billing of assigned accounts.

Qualifications/Requirements:

A recognised degree or insurance qualifications. Must possess the Certificate of General Insurance (BCP, PGI, ComGI)

Tasks & responsibilities

• Maintain AR and AP functions independently
• Check and process AP Invoice; Prepare payment vouchers; Recording of data.
• Check and process incoming funds; Issue sales invoice and receipts; Recording of Data.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of vendor statements of accounts and ensure payments are processed timely.
• Review customer purchase order received / letter of acceptance.
• Prepare and generate invoice and delivery orders (DO) to customers
• Generate SOAs for AR and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payment
• Support compliance, internal controls and audit matters.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

This is a full time role for a Sales Coordinator located in Ang Mo Kio. Our client makes sophisticated nurse call systems, enterprise reporting and analytics tools, and industry-leading software applications for caregivers and clinical staff and you will be responsible customer calls and visits, support the sales team with various activities, and prepare sales quotations. You process orders, manage shipment schedules, and prepare shipping documents. You also handle Letter of Credit (LC) documents and coordinate with freight forwarders.

Additionally, you work with the sales and technical teams to clarify customer needs, update sales forecasts, and prepare monthly sales reports. You manage the sales database, office supplies, and assist with tasks when your peers are absent. You also handle travel bookings and perform other administrative duties as needed.
