2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
   - Develop and manage annual budgets in collaboration with senior leadership.
   - Prepare financial forecasts to guide strategic planning and investment decisions.
3. Accounts Payable and Receivable Oversight:
   - Supervise invoicing, collections, and vendor payments to ensure timely processing.
   - Ensure accurate reconciliation of financial transactions and bank statements.
4. Tax and Compliance Management:
   - Ensure accurate tax filings and compliance with local and international financial regulations.
   - Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure audit readiness and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Organise and conduct regular credit and accounts receivable review meetings with business units and sales departments to resolve delinquent accounts.
• Follow up and communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments.
• Review and process new customer account applications.
• Maintain and update customer account details and credit limits in SAP.
• Monitor daily sales transactions for credit holds in SAP and communicate with the sales department to address overdue issues.
• Disseminate invoices, statements of accounts, reminder, and confirmation letters.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and confirmations.
• Prepare regular collections and accounts receivable status reports for management.
• Liaise with insurers to apply for trade credit insurance for customer accounts with credit terms.
• Liaise with banks regarding bank guarantees, including letters of credit.
• Verify supporting documents to carry out billings to customers.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficiency in SAP software is an advantage
• Good time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
• Good team player with the ability to work independently

Informatica is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to cover the Thailand territory with experience selling Enterprise business software via partners to join our team in AIK (ASEAN, India, Korea). The role will be based in Singapore. Some travel may be required.

The Account Manager will sell our strategic enterprise software Data solutions and driving incremental subscription & cloud revenue. In the role of Territory Account Manager, you will maintain relationships within assigned accounts and maximize Informatica's footprint within them. We are looking for knowledge of complex organizational challenges and being able to translate these into Data Solutions that drive agreed outcomes. Working as the Account Manager you have strong communication, collaboration, and sales skills. Your character is based on tenacity, grid, perseverance and a will to drive our customers' success.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

• You are responsible for the execution plan of each assigned account.
• Develop a strategic and comprehensive business plan for your accounts, including identifying core customer requirements and mapping the benefits of Informatica's solutions to customer requirements and agreed outcomes.
• Sell-to and work with executive-level customer decision-makers up to and including the CXO level.
• Accountable for accurate forecasting in SFDC, qualifying against our MEDDICC methodology, regular quarterly revenue delivery and the implementation of agreed account and business plans.
• Developing your own pipeline for the shorter and longer-term requires taking ownership to create new opportunities yourself and to maximize this you work with our Strategic Partners and Marketing to develop an plan for the accounts, to include events, seminars, and roadmap sessions.

What We'd Like to See

• 10+ years of experience in a Field Sales role and selling Enterprise Software solutions.
• Relevant Bachelors or Master's degree.
• Industry knowledge of Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications and/or Manufacturing.
• Thai language skills will be a bonus

Role Essentials

• Data management and a foundation in data / analytics and especially selling software as a service
• Proven experience hitting sales targets and being motivated by that
• Deep industry knowledge of a customer's decision-making process, goals, strategies, and goals.
• BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
