RESPONSIBILITIES
· Oversee the business performance of store operations
· Drive sales performance of individual stores to achieve company’s sales target
· Constantly review store sales numbers and inventory mix
· Ensure the retail operations of the store are in comply with company’s image, standard operating procedures and business policies
· Manage customer enquiry, feedback and service recovery
· Work closely with marketing team to implement effective sales and marketing activities including events, roadshows and promotional campaigns
REQUIREMENTS
· Experience in the retail or service line with 5 years of experience will be advantage.
· Good spoken English and another language to speak to clients from multilingual environment
· Dynamic, energetic, positive and driven to exceed targets
· Strong focus on self-improvement and performance
