Job Description:
Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business accounts
- Establish good working relationships with customers and partners
- Follow-up and manage customers enquiries and order shipments
- Recommend suitable products and solutions to the customers
- Provide monthly sales update to the management
- Evaluate new potential products for customer
- Manage with system set up, paperwork, commissioning and ensure that delivered system performance is within specifications
- Attend local or overseas events, conferences and exhibitions
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (EEE; Electronic, Mechanics; Biomedical etc.) related discipline
- 2 years of sales experience in optics, laser, spectroscopy, and photonics is preferred.
