Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the timely preparation of all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting and/or taxation reports, including new regulatory related.
• Inputting journal entries into the accounting system.
• Processing account payables and account receivables functions including liaise with vendors, reconciling account balances with general ledger and correcting variances.
• Performing monthly bank reconciliation and follow up on all outstanding items.
• Conducting periodic account closing operations.
• Maintaining a neat and proper filing system for all accounting and/or taxation reporting documents.
• Assist team members in performing accounts assignments, including migration of accounting records to Cloud, Implementation of Cloud Accounting Solutions and Setting up the right Chart of Accounts for the business
• Participate in other duties as assigned by superior
• Other activities related to accounting management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or other related professional bodies;
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software (XERO, QUICKBOOKS and MYOB) is an advantage
• Team player with good communication, interpersonal and client servicing skills
• Meticulous, attention to detail and good organisational skills

Key Responsibilities:

1. Document Management: Handle and organize transport-related documents, including invoices, bills, and shipping records.
2. Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to facilitate communication and ensure efficient freight transport arrangements.
3. Office Administration: Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
4. Data Entry: Accurately enter data into relevant systems, ensuring the integrity and completeness of information.
5. Customer Communication: Assist in communicating with clients regarding shipment status, documentation requirements, and other relevant information.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

5. Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in administrative tasks.

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Promote and sell the services of the company to a wide range of customers including Forwarders, Construction, shipyard etc. (This involves travelling to different places throughout Singapore.)
• Attend incoming email and phone call enquires.
• Draft and prepare quotations.
• Conduct sites visits and resolve issues, if necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a Construction, Transportation or Forwarding related business would be an advantage.
• Minimum 3 year of full time working experience in any company.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
• Knowledge of Mandarin dialects is essential to speak to customers.
• Possess a car with valid Singapore license and familiar with Singapore's Roads.
• Need to have own vehicle.
• Self-Motivated and responsible.
• Selected candidate will be guided and given time to learn the ropes as this is a niche yet very interesting industry.

• Provide front-line service to patients and visitors such as registration of patients, answering phone and email queries, scheduling of appointments and billing.
• Handle insurance claims and other admin/ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 2 years of frontline experience in healthcare industry.
