The incumbent will be responsible for the proper efficiency and profitable functioning of the kitchen department. Assisting the Executive Chef managing and monitoring the kitchen operation. Guiding the Sous Chefs to achieve continuous improvement. He will be responsible for but not limited to the following culinary operations:
