• Experience with social networking and knowledge of social analytics tools.

Job Description & Requirements

To oversee the management of residential developments.

The successful candidate will be assigned to a group of sites for him/her to manage and the duties include but not limited to;

• Conducting weekly visits and inspections to assigned sites
• Monitoring Progress Reports compilation at assigned sites
• Checking of records
• Advisory to site
• Reporting to Management
• Co-ordinating the preparedness for Council Meetings and General Meetings.
• Attending Council Meetings and General Meetings.
• Must be competent in Microsoft Office and Google Forms.
