Role & Responsibilities :

Handle full set of accounts, including Account Payable and Account Receivable, Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliation.

Handle multiple books.
Generate invoices.
Prepare GIRO collection/ payment via online banking.
Prepare Payroll and CPF submission.
Prepare GST submission.
Prepare financial reports for management.
Assist in Tax computation
Assist Financial reports for submission to authorities.

Requirements:

Min. Certificate or Diploma in Accounting/ Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

· Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, ensuring a clean and professional environment.
