An exciting role within our Customer and Service Excellence team that supports the GetGo Singapore community. You will be the bridge between the GetGo community and various business functions such as Operations, Marketing, Enforcement, Tech, and Customer Service. You will adopt a data-driven and community-centric approach to build and nurture hundreds of thousands of customers across their journey with GetGo.

Day to Day Activities

• Provide excellent customer service to GetGo’s customers
• Achieve meaningful objectives as part of a mission-driven and values-based organisation
• Share clear and accurate information when attending and responding to queries on GetGo’s official communication channels, including but not exclusive to live chat and emails
• Resolve customer enquiries and disputes efficiently, and escalate issues promptly when required
• Encourage and influence an excellent service mindset in the CX team and affirm positive behaviour
• Dealing with service failure and crisis management

Who We Are Looking For

• Passionate team member who loves to serve
• Minimum two (2) years experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar Customer Service role, preferably with live chat support background
• Experience using help desk software such as Intercom, Zendesk is preferred
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Development: Collaborate with employees to assess their needs and develop customized wellness programs that align with their goals and objectives
• Coaching and Counseling: Provide individual and group coaching sessions to employees, offering guidance and support on a variety of wellness topics including nutrition, exercise, stress management, and work-life balance
• Educational Workshops: Plan and facilitate engaging workshops and trainings on wellness-related topics to increase awareness and knowledge among employees
• Goal Setting and Tracking: Work with employees to establish realistic wellness goals and develop action plans to achieve them. Monitor progress and provide ongoing feedback and encouragement
• Behavioral Change Strategies: Utilize evidence-based techniques and strategies to help employees adopt and maintain healthy lifestyle behaviors
• Resource Development: Create educational materials, resources, and tools to support wellness initiatives, such as tip sheets, newsletters, and online resources

Secretariat Functions:

• Maintain PopHealth HQ and RHSO Calendar of Events Maintain a schedule of meetings, ensure they are organized on a timely basis.
• Ensure all meeting proceedings and events are upheld in a timely and professional manner, e.g., ensure quorum, project slides and time keep for an efficient meeting.
• Track submission of presentation materials with stakeholders and circulate agenda materials ahead of meeting for well-planned forum.
• Write accurate and succinct notes of meeting and other needed documentation for timely approval and clearance.

Event management

• Participate actively in the planning and execution of events

Strategic, organisational planning and development:
