JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
• Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, mathematics, business administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in marketing or sales.
• Experience in management may be advantageous.
• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
• The ability to work under pressure.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle partial of monthly accounts.
• Assist in Quarterly GST reporting and reconciliation
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments for local and overseas.
• Review and verify invoices before payment.
• Ensure accounts payable invoice and expenses claims are accurate, properly taken in, monitor prepayment and charge out according.
• Completeness of balance sheet schedules every month include reconciliation of payments, monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Resolve invoice’s discrepancies issues and reconciliation report.
• Prepare journal voucher, ensure timely closing of AP.
• Liaise with different business unit for payment purpose.
• Prepare audit schedule and providing accurate and timely tax (GST)/ financial reports to relevant authorities.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required and/or assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business and/or Accounting, LCCI qualification or relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience.
• Knowledge and experienced in baisc accounting software
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office suite, especially in MS Word and Excel.
• Willingness to be flexible and dedicated to meeting reporting deadlines.
• Ability to communicate and work well with others in a team environment.

• Perform marketing and sales of Company’s products in local and overseas markets.
• Conduct market research and undertake product development projects.
• Establish production plan and sales control and provide input for yearly sales budget.
• Provide technical service and handling of customer’s requests and feedback.
• Develop new customers and new applications to expand sales and enhance profitability.
• Act and comply with corporate governance and ISO requirements.
• Participate in Company’s Workplace Safety & Health programs.

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry or Polymer Science or Rubber & Plastic Technology
• Preferably with 1 - 2 years of working experience in sales/marketing and technical service of polymer products.
• Knowledge in international trading will be added advantage.
• No experience can consider as training provided.
• Opportunity travel to SEA countries for meet up with client.

Responsibilities

1. Primary point of liaison for service management of assigned customers.

2. Escalation management, able to analyze and identify root causes on service issues to ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.

3. Work with Data and Process team to streamline processes and support for further improvements.

4. Present Dashboard reporting, daily shipment planning and shipment status update regularly.

5. Own and develop the regional relationship with the customer and defuse any tension that may arise and escalate accordingly when needed.

6. Track the performance of the whole network for the assigned account.

7. Follow up closely with Operations / Origins / Destinations to rectify the data issues or missing EDI transmissions till complete transmission.

8. Attend to queries from Customer, Operations / Entities on inbound and outbound with regards to events/milestones and deviation with reason codes.
