Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily shipping operations, ensuring the smooth movement of goods to and from designated locations.
• Handle Letters of Credit, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted on time. Work closely with banks and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies.
• Utilize and manage the ERP system to track shipments, inventory, and documentation. Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in the system.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members in the shipping department, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations and grow professionally.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists, and Certificates of Origin.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping vendors and carriers, negotiating rates and managing contracts to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.
• Ensure shipments comply with international trade regulations, customs, and company procedures.
• Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to manage inventory levels, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to shipping, transportation, or documentation delays.
• Assist with any ad-hoc projects or assignments from the management team to support overall business operations.

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Our client, a renowned Real Estate firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as an Senior Leasing Administrator (Real Estate).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and administer leases for various properties under the company
• Prepare and check lease documents, activate the contracts and maintain tenancy schedule
• Responsible for lease documentation, audit checks on leases and tenants, arrears management, tenant and other related lease management functions
• Enterand maintain data in SAP system
• Execute the arrears management process in collecting payments from tenants of a portfolio of properties, prepare arrears report on a regular interval
• In charge of tracking security deposit, monitor submission of gross sales turnover reports and audited sales reports by tenants and adjustment of audited sales
• Adhoc duties as allocated

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess a Diploma in relevant courses
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong admin that does contracts and work in legal/law firm will have added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential
• Experience in SAP will be an added advantage

· Set periodical Banquets budget and forecast, and analyze monthly P&L reports.

· Develop and maintain all training programs for the Banquet team members.

· Prepare weekly staff schedules considering the anticipated business, operating budgets and standards of service.

· Ensure proper care, security and maintenance of Banquet equipments through proper supervision of service personnel including outside contractors and outsource casual labour.

· Assume responsibility as a Banquet Manager in his absence.

· Co-ordinate with other managers for the needs of catering department.

· Inspect the Banquet team members’ work assignments and supervise the standards of all function rooms and adjacent public areas.

· Follow established accounting procedures, e.g. submission of over-time and casual labour expenses and gratuity reports.

· Maintain all public areas and ensure it is presentable with specific set-ups at all times.

· Maintain the inventory stock of all equipments on and off the property.

· Oversee all Banquet events to ensure the success of the functions and they are smoothly executed.

· Conduct monthly departmental meetings to provide information to the team members, obtain feedback, and provide a regular forum for departmental communication.

· Follow and implement safety and emergency procedures when necessary.

· Manage the organization and cleanliness of departmental areas, by conducting weekly walk through with Hygiene Manager, Housekeeping and Engineering Department.

Assist F&B outlets in their operations during peak times, as needed.
