• Actively source for potential business leads from target market.
• Craft creative proposals and pitch for different projects for the Company.
• Understand the events & creative media production industry.
• Do market research and develop marketing content to promote the company's products/services.
• Attend meetings and site visits with clients/vendors to better understand project scope.
• Engage in end-to-end customer support from acquiring new clients to on-boarding to providing timely customer support.
• Prepare quotations and invoices for clients while adhering to budget plan.
• Respond to online enquiries and schedule meetings with potential clients.
• Achieve quarterly sales objectives and forecast sales activity accurately.
• Provide efficient and effective customer service support.
• Promote and sell company's products/services to potential clients.
• Coordinate, plan and handover closed projects with relevant departments.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations or Business Administration with 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to adapt and be initiative at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong persistence and discipline to complete tasks on hand.
• Strong documenting skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Must have sufficient knowledge in video production and live events.
• Self-motivated, dedicated, hands-on and willing to go extra mile.

Job Description:

• Assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities in the precious metals market, leveraging in-depth knowledge of trends, pricing, and industry dynamics.
• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and distributors in the precious metals market.
• Offer advice to customers on market trends, investment strategies, and the optimal mix of precious metals for their portfolios.
• Provide training and guidance to junior sales team members on product knowledge and market insights.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports on sales performance to senior management.

Job Requirement:

• Experience in handling Asia Market
• With key account management in precious metal market preferred, but not limited to Oil and Gas / Chemical Industry / Aviation / Semiconductor/Pharmaceutical.
• Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Must have own vehicle to meet customer outbound
