Key Responsibilities

• Oversee general administrative matters and provide comprehensive support, including managing office supplies, daily mail, and document preparation (e.g., Purchase Orders, Quotations).

• Manage company documents, ensure compliance with SOPs and policies, and handle filing and record-keeping.

• Manage accounts payable /receivable, ensuring timely invoice processing and payment.
• Reconcile bank statements, resolve discrepancies, and assist with audits to ensure financial compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their business needs and offer appropriate solutions from the suite of Corporate Service Provider services, including company incorporation, secretarial service, and more
• Work with warm leads provided by the company
• Manage the end-to-end process from onboarding to the continual management of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Identify additional service needs that match client requirements and propose relevant solutions to optimize customer engagement and revenues
• Work closely with other departments, including sales and marketing, to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of corporate services such as company incorporation, company secretarial services, accounting, and tax compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems is advantageous
