Requirements

• Min Diploma in Engineering, Science, Construction Management
• Min 2 years of experience, preferably in water and wastewater or waste to energy industries
• Good knowledge and experience in procurement role in the past covers purchasing and associated contractual administration works.
• Positive thinking and with supportive atmosphere amongst the procurement team
• Preferably with those with good knowledge of mechanical works cover fabrication and piping works
• Conversant of purchasing exercise and familiar with associated contractual terms and conditions for Procurement Works related to EPC Works.
• Experience in auditing and its procedures and compliances.
• Good oral and written command in English and with effective communication skills with all levels and he/she shall be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word, Excel and Power Point.

You will be responsible for coordinating sea import shipments, managing import/export files, updating shipment statuses, and handling customer notifications. Responsibilities include processing invoices, checking shipment documents, and arranging transportation. You will communicate with clients, agents, and overseas offices, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with company policies. Key tasks also include customs permit declarations and maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, you will recommend process improvements and handle any ad-hoc duties.
